I also like the little extras it has like you can see graphs of where your traffic is coming from.

Congrats on the revenue! As far as switching over to Google Analytics, it's by far the most popular stat-tracking software and you'll find that when talking with other bloggers or website owners that you can compare apples to apples because the vast majority of them are running it.
