Especially when you take the time and effort to make a post and only see spam comments from people trying to get a cheap backlink. I always try and reply to every comment I receive, sometimes my comment plugin messes up so I have to reply again to comments left over a year ago because my original reply has disappeared. :P Spam is bloody annoying.
