It does involve buying about 35 .info domain names and spending about 30 minutes on each site but from what I have read in the report it does seem quite feasible.

The person who passed this report on to me has claimed to have acheived this regularly before selling his sites on to big companies for nice chunks of cash (he sold his last site for £15,000).
