Fancy A Free Credit Report?

How many of you have applied for a credit card, a loan or something else that has required a credit history check, only to be turned down because of something in your credit history?
When this happens have you ever wondered if there was a way to get hold of a report on your credit history so that you can see exactly what these checks reveal and where exactly you went wrong?
Well not a lot of people know this but it is perfectly legal to gain a copy of your own credit report, in fact there are quite a few companies dotted around the world who can send you your own credit history report for a small fee.
Some companies will even send you a free credit report. This is basically a quick review of your credit history in a very brief detail, obviously if you want a more detailed and thorough account your of credit history then you will have to pay a small fee.
I actually know some people who have requested a cop of their credit history and then once they have received it and read through it they have picked out the parts where they have gone wrong and have paid off the debt, this is known as a credit repair.
About two years ago I decided to find out what my credit history file contained about me, I contacted one of the many companies available and after parting with a small fee they sent me the report. To be honest I was astonished at how detailed it is, people believe that once you move to a new house then your credit history starts again, I can tell you that this is far from true.
I was looking at my credit rating from the previous 10 years and I had moved house about six times in that time frame! I really do suggest getting your credit history, it is an eye opener for sure!

I’ve Had Enough Of PayPerPost

I have made no secret of my rising anger and disappointment with PayPerPost in recent months. It took me an absolute age to get accepted by them, each time they gave me poor excuses and it took a very angry email for them to ‘personally approve’ my account.
The problems are now starting to arise when they come to approving my posts.
Each post gets rejected about three times before I eventually gets it appoved. Why do they get rejected so frequently? Because I have the nerve to serve other advrtising avenuee on my blogs.
Apparently it is against their terms to have ANY advertising on the same page as their post. I have read their terms and the closest thing I can see is the bit about not placing adverts in the review. I’ve tried pointing this out to them but they are having none of it.
The last straw came today when I had a $25.00 review rejected. The reason they gave was because I had posted two reviews in a row and apparently this is against the rules. I checked and found that I had a non-review post in between but I have fogotten to publish it, again they are having none of this so I am going to stop using them.
Beware guys, if you use PayPerPost then they will make it almost impossible for you to use other blog review sites and they will not allow you to have adverts on your blog.

John Chow Advertised On I Need Discipline!

No the above title of this post is not false or a typing error (there is also a blog by a guy called Not John Chow and John Cow) a couple of days ago I checked my Entrecard account and found an advert request from the man himself!
John Chow obviously smells a bargain when he sees one as it only cost him 8 credits to advertise on this blog. And for those of you wondering if I’ll advertise on his, no. He charges almost 2,000 credits!

New Theme, New Beginning

Some of you eagle-eyed readers out there may have spotted that I have given the blog a major makeover. The pevious design was put up in a hurry which is why it looked like someone had eaten something blue and then vomited blue coloured sick and I uploaded it as a theme.
This new design marks a new beginning for not only me but also the blog and the people who come to read it. For now I will devoting a lot more of my time to the blog in order to help not only myself but you earn some money on the internet without being taken by scams.

Entrecard Cleaning Up Their Service

Entrecard sent out a mass email to all its members today stating that from July 1st 2008 any member caught running or being involved in ‘quick dropping’ or’ power dropping’ will have their account terminated and will be banned from the service.
For those of you who do not know what a ‘quick drop’ or a ‘power drop’ is, it is where people build up a lot of credits by placing their widget on a single page with nothing on it but the widget.

Gambling Forum - The Online Casino Community

I enjoy playing casino games on the internet, it means that I can sit here in my underwear (what a lovely thought that must be if you are reading this first thing in the morning as you are eating your breakfast) and play poker or roulette until my hearts content. Beware Of Gary Heier

I received an email last night from someone called Gary Heier who offered me the opportunity to buy some link space on three high PR blogs that he owns. He stated in his unsolicited email that his blogs there all PR 6 but in the header title he stated that one of them was a PR5.
The deal was buy a link on all three blogs for a total pice of $295.00, seems like a good deal doesn’t it? It works out to about $98.33 per blog.
I had no intention of buying the links of course, I’m trying to earn money by spending as little as possible. But I did check out his three blogs and the themes looked very plain, certainly not something that a high PR blog would have. So I checked out the page ranks of the three blogs and my initial cynicism was spot on.
You see all three Page Ranks were forged. This is a pretty common thing to see these days and it means for about a week you can trick Google into giving you an insanely high PR. The real PR is probably PR0.
So if you receive an email from Mr. Gary Heier offering you such a fantastic deal then please do not fall for it. Unless you actually wish to spend $300 to advertise on three PR0 blogs, in that case I can offer you a cheaper deal.
