My brother has started taking driving lessons and is about to take his final test and before he has even got a date set for it he is already moaning at me about the amount of money he will have to pay for car insurance because, you see, is under 22 and will be a new driver nd many companies will think he is a risk and will charge him high rates.

Sadly due to me being 75% blind I can not take my driving test (or even get a provisional licence) but if I could then I would certianly check out carinsurancerates.com and see if I could get a great deal on car insurance.
